VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA (in the following “the Company”) is very concerned about the protection of personal data and its confidential handling and follows all statutory national and European data protection rules and regulations. The Company would therefore like to illustrate below some important aspects on what information and personal data the Company collects and how the Company handles it, including what information is gathered, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

1. Collection, Processing And Use Of Data

As with most Websites, you may visit the Company´s Website without telling the Company your identity or revealing any data. The Company cares about the security of your data and utilizes all technical and organizational options to store the data in a way that is inaccessible for third parties.
